Alice Premium Doner in Sulzbach (Taunus)

I don't know what should be "premium" about the restaurant. There is only one size and it is rather small according to my taste. The veal on offer wasn't better either. I've eaten better veal. The "flat bread" is relatively dry and rather better hamburger bread. There are pluses that everything is fresh. The price / performance is disproportionate. A card payment is not possible with the prices - and that in today's world. All in all not really to be recommended. There is better in the MTZ.

Service staff very friendly. The meat and the ingredients didn't taste fresh to my taste. The flatbread was definitely not fresh either.

The kebab tastes quite good if the service staff would prepare it the way you like it. However, that is apparently too much to ask. After several requests and a discussion, yogurt and garlic sauce was finally put on the kebab, at the price you shouldn't be so stingy when it comes to the sauces. With the second kebab, they weren't even asked what should be on the kebab and simply put it together by the employee at will, so we complained. The clerk was very snotty and said that we had both ordered doner like that. We didn't feel like having any further discussions and accepted it that way. The service is unsustainable! Unfortunately, the veal was already cold because it was cut from the spit and lay there until the order was placed. Never again!

Veal itself delicious - but was served cold (!!!!) and with average, barely spiced fries. Meat is cut off the spit and lies around until someone orders it. Was really annoying for a € 13 plate. The staff was rude and made us feel that we weren't wanted, or looked in our direction in a disparaging manner. Once and never again. Too bad.

Worst kebab shop I've seen. The people are very unfriendly and incompetent. Unfortunately, I can't give 0 stars, they don't even deserve 1 star.

13 euros for a kebab plate that didn't taste good. Meat not of very good quality, totally over-seasoned and fatty. Just rip off! Staff not very friendly either, seemed rather annoyed.

Well Had kebab Dürüm today. The wrap (flat bread) smelled so typical of packaged. When you think of Premium, you tend to think of homemade. Rest was so ok. There are better ones in the area.

Kebab meat from veal is really delicious. Salad and french fries or rice are optionally included with the premium classic menu. The portion is a bit small for the price. But the meat was convincing and you can partly understand the excessive price for quality reasons.

The bad kebab I've ever eaten. The yogurt sauce does not mean that you put 1: 1 yogurt on the meat. It wasn't a kebab sauce. It was yogurt indeed !!!

Very disappointing. Unfortunately by far the worst lahmacun I've ever eaten. Unfortunately, it used to be better and the quality has really deteriorated. It's a shame

The star is still too much. € 5.50 for a kebab that doesn't taste at all, drinks cost extra and the staff is just rude. It probably doesn't matter to them, as long as only tourists eat there anyway.

Super kebab, super quality, kebab richly topped. Everything fine. To recommend.

As someone else has written here, the shop is only run by hungry customers. Meat greasy, rice greasy, chips not fresh, staff absolutely not friendly, no request, no thanks. When clearing it up, no one was asked whether it tasted good. Everyone's making bad, unfriendly faces.

Unfortunately, in my dish( which suppose to meat+ fryes( as side)....there was 90% fryes....the meat was just to be test bemay be??? Very disappointing...

Great food, tasty food. I don't think they take cards. They have some seats in the middle of the walk, heated beam lights.

Not good

This restuarant offeres almost the best Doner in Germany in term of quality, taste and cleaness. One missing thing is "Service", staff needs to be trained how to deal with tourists. Menu is in German and you need time to understand it, the waiter was almost shouting on us!

Super friendly staff and good meat quality, if you want to pay for it. I really appreciate that the customer can choose between chicken, veal and veal slices. The portions are reasonably large and very tasty. I would love to come back.
